Hey guyz I'm new on linux and i would like to know if there's any wau to install an .exe file to linux?

Q: I precise only exe files. Either by the terminal or something else but please help me... Jeez

A: Windows applications cannot run natively on Linux. WINE http://www.winehq.org/ indeed can be used in some cases but by no means all and should be used once all other native options have been exhausted. There is a whole wealth of native open source alternatives available in the Synaptic Package Manager. For Example : Photoshop there is GIMP http://www.gimp.org/features/ Office there is OpenOffice http://www.openoffice.org/ WMP there is MPlayer http://www.mplayerhq.hu/design7/info.html iTunes there is Rhythmbox http://www.gnome.org/projects/rhythmbox/ This is to mention just a few. There is also the option if you have a legal copy available to run XP on a virtual machine, I recommend VirtualBox http://www.virtualbox.org/ LUg.
