A: Probably a virus for the first one. Go on the Google and search 'Online Virus Scanner' and look for TrendMicro Housecall. Use that to search for viruses and malware. Now the second one is possibly the virus or the sound card is malfunctioning. Look at this: R. Click My Computer > Properties > Hardware tab > Device Manager > Now have a look at all the devices and open the + buttons on them. If there is a yellow circle with a ! in it, double click it and it may see if there is a problem. If there is, you may need a PC tech to help you. Otherwise: Start > Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices etc etc...
