Q: Does anyone know of a free web designing program? It must be where you actually design it like you would on microsoft word, not just html editing. And I don't want a designer on a website like wetpaint or piczo, an actual downloadable program. It must be completely free, not a free trial or evaluation version. Thanks.

The term you want for when searching is WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get).
