antivirus 2009 removal help?

Q: i'm trying to delete antivrius 2009 and i found the file but when i press delete it says 'cannot delete a accsess denied' then it says 'make sure the disk is not full or write-procteced and that fille is currently in use' what the heck does that mean??? please help
