Q: I have had to reinstall a Family Tree Maker 2008 programme but now it tells me I have no internet connection... but I clearly have! FTM are slow to respond - is anyone able to suggest something I could try. Thanks in anticipation I have already checked the connection as I said it is working on everything else! Thanks, not being clever with the computer how can I fix it with the ISP? I am using vista and bt Yahoo. Anybody able to help? Thanks for the last two replies - as I said I am not sure how or where I find my IPS thingy to refresh. Can you enlighten me? I really am a computer novice and one of what has become known as 'Silver Surfers' I do appreciate all the help I can get!
