How to paste a Word Document into Excel?

Q: I have a Word doc that has 'forms controls' (drop down menus, etc) and I want to paste it into a blank Excel worksheet. I've seen this done but can't figure it out. Anyone able to help?

A: Ok, I'm not 100% sure on this. But I believe you have to "import" the word document, not just paste it. But that would be my guess. (I still have trouble switching between the 2 from time to time)
