Q: I installed the latest java and flash and my java is enabled but I still can't watch anything on crunchyroll. It says that my java is either turned off or I need the latest versions which I already installed and turned on. So what should I do now to fix this? I'm using zone alarm if that matters.
A: Browser used??? Sub - browsers require plug-ins....video sites still prompt you with such after having supposedly installed whatever appropriate plug-ins. There are times when you have to manually install the required adobe plug-in. Mozilla, Opera,.......are examples of sub-browsers.....Explorer, when not chosen as the default browser may also be classified as such. Visiting the Adobe website (www.adobe.com) , downloading and installing the required plugin from this site would ensure that you have installed the necessary plug-ins. Use Mozilla browser, visit adobe.com click getflash player....then follow the preceding prompts............same goes for opera go to adobe.com click on "get flash player" obey the next prompts. Have everything adobe and java uninstalled then install it again via http://www.adobe.com and java runtime(latest version).....may be acquired via java.com ........
