A: Hi! The most likely cause is that your screen resolution has changed for the game, and then forgotten to change back, the easiest fix is to restart your computer. However if this doesn't work follow these steps: 1) Right click on the desktop and go to "Properties" 2) Click the "Settings" tab. 3) Move the slider under where it says "Screen Resolution" one place at a time, clicking on apply at each step until your screen comes right. 4) Click OK
