Is there a program like microsoft word but it gives you more freedom to drag pictures around the page?

Q: Microsoft word doesnt let me place pictures where i want them on the page.If i insert a picture it just goes under the words and i cant even put words beside the picture. Is there a program i can download that will let me drag pictures where i want them and i can put words where i want them?Any help is greatly appreciated thnx

A: Hi! I think you'll find Microsoft Word does have the capability to put pictures where you want. Follow theses steps and see if you get a better result. Right Click the picture and click "Format" then click the layout tab and click the picture of the dog on top of where it says "Tight" then click OK and you should be able to drag the picture.
