Q: doesnt got alot of ram crappy processorjust got rid of a bunch of viruses and need some easy quick ways to up the speed maybe a little probably will put more ram in it soon but will defragmenting or is there another program that will help anything?
A: defragging always helps, I'd recommend ccleaner (aka crap cleaner) its a free download and gets rid of all the junk on your computer. Also a great program is uniblue, it sped my computer up by 200%, it does cost about 35$ tho.
