Q: I have some Powerpoint presentations I want to convert to videos (with sound) so that I can post them on the web (like Youtube). Does anybody know of how to do this, what software I need?
A: There are many ways for you to do this. You can first consider Windows Movie Maker, it comes free with Windows XP and Vista. But you say there are sounds in the presentations. So maybe you can not use this tool. There are some other software program you can use. these software programs can remain all sounds, anmations and dynamic elements from your presentations. A, use PPT to Video. http://ppt-to-dvd.com/ppt-to-video-overview.html. Import your PowerPoint presentation in it then output the video. The format include to MPEG, AVI, MP4, WMV, MOV, 3GP B, use PPT to YouTube http://ppt-to-dvd.com/powerpoint-to-youtube-overview.html with this convertor, you can upload your PowerPoint presentation to YouTube. C, use PPT2DVD http://ppt-to-dvd.com/ppt2dvd/overview.html This converter can convert the PowerPoint and then you can view your Presentation on DVD! All of this software has a free version. Hope this can help you.
