Should i install vista?

Q: Hi, Im currently using windows xp, and everything is sweet, but i had vista on before this and it was ok, i coulgnt get my nvidia drivers to work, and so on. I have the disk sitting in front of me and i dont know wether to or not, can somebody please tell me all the bad bits about vista so i wont install it ? lol, Thanks Good point No i dont want to install it now Well i can support vista, i have: Amd Athlon 6000+ x2 2gb ddr2 667 ram nvidia geforce 7600gs (vista drivers dont work) and i have 2 x 250gb sata drives

A: If it didn't work out before, you may not want to risk it. Don't get me wrong. Vista is an awesome system - I really like it. But, it is a huge system {a bit hog as some refer to it}. If you don't have a relatively new computer with about 2 gigs of RAM and a somewhat large hard drive of about 150 gigs or better, a dual core processor, and a good video card - you see where I'm going with this? - you may as well stay with XP on your existing computer. Windows will support it for another year or so. I know that there are a lot of Vista haters out there, but after my experiences with both XP and Vista, I like Vista better.
