Q: i want to upload a recording i just made onto my brothers myspace music profile, but audacity will not allow me to save the file as an mp3! anyone know how to do this??
A: Yes, you can. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq?s=install&item=lame-mp3 Then you just export it. I can confirm, with experience, that this works. If you don't like lame, find another codec. But I doubt that is an issue.
