Q: Hi. My daughter has a report that is due tomorrow morning. We are using Microsoft Works (Windows Vista) and i do file, page set-up, everything is set for 1" (even the ruler thing on the top of the page) yet each time i print it comes out with like 2 inches on the left. Its as thoough the settings are sticking...though they must be b/c when i go back to check on them they are all as I have made them, at 1". Any ideas??
A: 1.On the Format menu, click Borders And Shading. 2.In the Borders And Shading dialog box, click the Page tab. 3.Under Distance From Page Edge, click the arrows to select new values in the Left/Right or Top/Bottom boxes. Then, click OK. Its a fix for works 95 but it might work for you as well
