Go through the Word Verification process. in the Word in Image box, type the word displayed in the Image box, then click the Next button. Enter the alternate email address you entered during registration, or confirm your birthday, gender and zip code, then click the Next button Answer the security question you selected during registration, then click the Next button. Pick a new password. A good password should be easy to remember but hard to guess. Avoid dictionary words and repeated letters or numbers. Avoid passwords acquaintances might be able to guess, such as the name of a child or a spouse. Mixing together numbers and uppercase and lowercase letters is a good idea.
