Q: Hello everybody, I need a way to scan a rapidshare file online. Because I think it may have a virus and I do not want to download it now because, might be that my computer may get infected... So is there any way to check whether it has some virus or not without me downloading it to my PC?
A: You can NOT get infected by downloading a virus just by downloading it. You have to download AND start the program to be in any danger..You could have 100 programs containing deadly viruses on your computer....but as long as you don't install the programs,then the viruses are dormant. Just download it,then scan it.There is not way to scan online,trust me. If you have any questions,mail or IM me from my profile :)
