Q: i try to unistall it and stuff but for some reason its not letting me i wanna re install but i cant at all so any ideas of how to get rid of it
A: Try going to the Windows add/remove software app in the control panel. Search for Nero 7 in the list. Click on "Change/Remove". When you do this, the OS overrides the uninstaller and generally the software will be removed. If you have problems with that, you may need to contact Nero technical support.
