Q: i'm not satisfied with norton anymore, and i want to install something else to go with it i have firefox. can you use it to scan your computer?
A: Ditch Norton entirely, its resource hungry, slow and will crash your system. 1) Install Avast Antivirus or AVG which are both free; 2) Install PCTools firewall also free; 3) Install Spybot Search & Destroy. Make sure you download your alternative anti-virus etc & disconnect from the internet before you remove Norton.
