Q: My pc gives the error messege:- Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.we are sorry for the inconvenience. Bcoz of this problem i can't install wap or java on my pc.wat should i do?Is it a virus in my pc or should i've 2 install a new window.i'm using Windows XP SP2 Thx in advance for help
A: More often than not, it's due to toolbars. Download firefox first, and then IE8. I used XP SP2 for an year, and IE always gave me problems. Finally, I'd to remove google toolbar, and use yahoo! toolbar. Using Vista now, no problem at all.
