Q: My hubby put lime wire on his lap top and now it's gone cRaZy!! He'd never had a virus before but since he put it on he's had stax! I really wanted to put it on mine as I have friends that use it all the time with no problems... what are other peoples experiences? Could it maybe be that his anti-virus software wasn't up to date?
A: It is in theory. However, many of the things uploaded, even music tracks, contain viruses. Make sure you scan anything that you download. Also go into the settings and disable uploading, because you may be accidentally sharing private documents.
