Q: Hello! Yesterday I ran a full system scan with my Norton anti-virus. It came with my activation of AT&T Yahoo Internet Service. During the scan, it said it detected "Trojan.Zlob". It also said it couldn't be removed because it was an "unsupported file." I updated the virus definitions today and ran the scan again. It still said the same thing. I read the trojan's Symantec summary online and it said it was a low risk. However, Norton said it was HIGH. I haven't noticed any problems with my computer. It still runs fast, it hasn't locked up, or anything of that matter. But I am still worried because it might get my personal information stored in my hard drive. Please offers some solutions! I want to get this Trojan out of my PC!!! Thank you and have a great day!
