how do i become a fast reader?

Q: ok i LOVE to read but im a SLOW reader unfortunately... some pple can read like 100 pgs in an hour that is where id like to get and where im at now is 45 pgs an hour...... and i am SO ashamed to admit this but i just want some skills or tips or whatever to get me to read 100 pgs per hour plz someone help me give me any advice you have i must accomplish this goal thnx. alright so basically read alot more... (yay!) how much is alot?????? like how much time will it take for my reading skills to speed up

A: i just did it by reading alot. like, ALOOOTT. i went through a book a day in high school. i can zip through books so fast now its rediculous. the last harry potter book is 758 pages long and i read it in six hours. and yes, i actually READ it. started at midnight, read till six am. ugh. practice makes perfect, or at least damn close to it. yes, i do actually READ books, but its a skill i picked up because of how much i read. there is one downside to reading so fast. i read at weird hours and sometimes its days between when i finish a book and when i get something new to pass the time. my local library actualy lets me take out more books than im supposed to be able to at one time because they know how fast i finish them, but its still not enough. oh, also, another thing! COMFORT IS KEY! i can read in the absolute nosiest place on earth as long as i am sitting in a way that is comfortable. so make sure when your reading you try to sit on like, your favorite chair, or lay on your bed in a way thats comfy.
