Q: PCI-E Dual DVIs and S-Video out (should be pretty standard)
A: The 8600GT is terrible at $200. I should know I have one :-) It was a decent buy 1 year ago at $120. The best sub-$200 card hands down is the ATI 4850. NewEgg has the Sapphire at $170 now (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102747).
