A: Yes and no. There could be a number of factors of why your PC lags. On the hardware side, you may not have enough RAM (Vista requires at least 2 GB to be fully functional) or you may have too much stuff stored on your hard drive, or even your processor is just too slow. Software wise, you could have a lot of spyware hidden deep in your system. I recommend trying Lavasoft's Ad-Aware. It's always worked for me and they have a free version available on their website.
