A: when i was looking for a laptop i went to several stores, the main ones i asked about were compaq, dell, and the sony vaio......3 outta the 4 places i went to said that the vaio is a good computer, but if anything goes wrong and you need to contact sony, it's really hard to get anything fixed, they don't have good customer service!!
